Your purchase has been sent in weather/water proof packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not in perfect condition upon receipt please inform us at info@rossellengland.com immediately and we will advise you on what to do next.

Your purchase will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper to keep the garments clean and in the best condition for transportation and sealed with a bespoke label. We do not add large costs to the product for packaging, as a company we believe in putting all costs into the underwear development rather than the packaging. The boxes used are 100% recyclable and protect your purchase from not getting crushed in transit.

Washing instructions - lingerie

It is recommended that you hand wash the bra's in warm water, using a little non-bio detergent. Rinse well in fresh warm water, press remaining water out and leave to drip-dry. Hand washing the bra's will ensure they last for a long time. Do not tumble dry.

Briefs can be machine washed using a 40 degree delicate wash setting. Hang and leave to drip dry. Do not tumble dry.

Washing instructions - sleepwear

Cotton & Linen sleepwear - Wash on a 40 degree machine setting, leave to dry flat, items can be ironed.  Do not tumble dry. Please refer to the individual garment labels for full garment care instructions.
